Nedbank Cup Quarterfinal draw results

18 March 2013

The draw for the 2013 Nedbank Cup quarterfinals has thrown up at least two massive all-Premiership clashes.

Kaizer Chiefs must make the difficult trip to Bloemfontein Celtic in their Last 4 match, with the Free State side having an incredible record of success in their own back yard.

Mamelodi Sundowns, finalists in 2012, will host this season’s surprise package side Platinum Stars in another mouth-watering tie. Dikwena have a good record against The Brazilians and have already won at Sundowns in the league this season.
SuperSport United await the winner of the rescheduled match between Eastern Cape SAFA Second Division side Tembu Royals and Maritzburg United that will be played in Mthatha on Friday.

And the final quarterfinal match is an all-National First Dvision affair between United FC and African Warriors, ensuring we will have at least one second-tier side in the semifinals.

The exact dates. venues and kick-off times will be decided by the Premier Soccer League Cup Committee in the coming days.
